Coriander Seed (Double Parrot Bold) is a high-purity, large-sized coriander variant processed through a dual parrot (sieve) cleaning system, offering a more refined version of bold seeds with greater uniformity, minimal foreign matter, and enhanced hygiene. Known for its bold round shape (≥ 4.5 mm) and strong natural aroma, this grade is ideally suited for grinding, roasting, pickling, and bulk packaging for export.

This variety retains its thick shell and high volatile oil content—primarily linalool—which gives coriander its signature citrus-spice aroma. With dual parrot cleaning, the seed batch is passed twice through high-capacity vibratory screens to remove dust, sticks, immature seeds, and lightweight particles, resulting in a clean, consistent, and free-flowing product with minimal manual sorting required.

Double Parrot Bold coriander is especially popular in wholesale spice markets, coriander powder production, and ethnic food companies that prioritize flavor, size, and visible quality but do not require expensive sortex or polish treatments.
